National Payroll Manager opportunity within the outskirts of North Sydney CBD

**Your new company**

You will be managing an innovative, large payroll team for a leading, services company that have recently upgraded their ERP software and processes. The office culture pride themselves on being collaborative, mentoring and friendly. If at that stage in your payroll career you are ready to advance your knowledge in managing payruns to a much higher volume as well as the occasional payroll project then this might be an ideal opportunity for you to upskill your payroll management.

**Your new role**
- Developing a team of 8-12 payroll professionals
- Managing and upgrading major ERP and timesheet software and processes
- Overlooking and validating payruns consisting of 2000+ employees
- Networking and communication with key stakeholders and HR Partners changes and upgrades in major EBAs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exposure with major ERPs
- People management is key - ideally someone with previous experience in large, complex organisations
- Knowledge with complex EBA processes
- Analytical skills / excel expert
