**The Company**

A global Financial Services leader, which has recently expanded through the acquisition of the insurance division of a major competitor. Further, the business continues to enhance it's market reach & reputation through building relationships with prestigious partners in adjacent areas of the financial markets, such as underwriting the funds of major superannuation groups.

**The Role**
- Delivery of End to End Fortnightly Payroll
- Payroll Calculations & Adjustments, terminations, various leave types etc, bonuses/commissions
- Set up of new employees on the system
- Management & control of payroll master data
- Provide helpdesk in relation to all payroll enquiries with a focus on first contact resolution
- Manage inbox for HRIS system (Workday) & process actions in line with payroll legislation
- Assist with Fortnightly, Monthly & Year End reporting
- Payroll Tax and Super calculation & remittance
- Administer payments in relation to payroll tax, Novated Lease arrangements
- Work with Payroll Manager & colleagues in driving continuous improvement & in payroll projects with ad-hoc projects and process/system
- Customer oriented mindset with the energy & positivity to deliver first class service

Due to the internal promotion of a high performing Payroll Specialist into a Team Leader position, they are looking to backfill with a talented professional that aligns with their team environment. The Payroll Leader is highly technical but also a genuinely warm & empathetic person - she realises that our job can be highly pressurised, and she is not only focused on building a collaborative & respectful culture but also in developing the knowledge & skills of her team. The broader P & C team has a similar ethos and everyone is invested in and values the payroll function.

Articulate & professional communication skills are critical, concurrent with the energy & positivity to deliver first class service to their employees. Exposure to an end to end payroll position in large, complex organisation is critical.

The business currently operates a 3:2 model, where they ask employees to attend the office three days per week.
