**The Company**:
Are you an experienced Payroll Manager with iChris experience? Do you thrive in a remote work environment?

Our client is a leading not-for-profit in need of a talented Payroll Manager to oversee our payroll operations and system upgrades. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of payroll specialists and ensuring the smooth functioning of our payroll processes using the iChris system.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll specialists, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to meet payroll deadlines and maintain accurate records.

2. Payroll Processing: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating wages, managing employee benefits and deductions, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of payroll.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.

4. System Upgrades: Collaborate with the iChris team to identify system upgrade opportunities, implement enhancements.

5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Act as the point of escalation for complex payroll issues, provide guidance and support to the payroll team, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve payroll-related challenges.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Generate accurate payroll reports and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
