The Opportunity:
Origin Resources is an indigenous owned company, based in Perth CBD. Due to growth, we are on the lookout for a Resource Coordinator / Junior Recruiter to join our experienced recruitment team.

About the role:

- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Manage end to end recruitment for selected roles when required.
- Work with talent team on various recruitment tasks.

About you:

- Minimum 1 year experience within a Recruitment agency.
- Broad knowledge of Information Technology is desirable.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand the recruitment market conditions to address hiring challenges.
- Results oriented, positive outlook and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional customer service approach.
- Great work ethic, flexible, and personable.
