Working alongside the existing International Resourcing Coordinator, this role will also work closely with our Procurement team to onboard new providers, ensure compliance and manage the relationships with our suppliers. In addition, you will provide feedback and recommendations on external consultants/vendors current performance to Procurement to action, ensuring WesTrac is provided with the level of service as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the contract.

**Location**: This role is based at our Corporate Head Office in Guildford, with the option for flexible work arrangements including working from home options plus flexible start and finish times to accommodate a work/life balance.

**Roster**:12-month full time fixed term contract, Monday to Friday.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience in International Recruitment, Contracts Administration or HR
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding international resourcing
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms to ensure sustainable arrangements with consultants/vendors are in place to further improve WesTrac’s international resourcing strategy
- Ability to prioritise whilst working on multiple tasks at any given time
- Highly personable with the ability to build rapport with several internal and external stakeholders
- Outcomes driven with a passion for continuously improving process
- Strong attention to detail
