An opportunity has arisen for an experienced
**Resource**
**Coordinator **to join and support the projects team. You will play a pivotal role in scheduling resources identifying potential deviations and communicating these issues to the project management team.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Align labour resources with project requirements.
- Manage and support site administrators across the project delivery team.
- Liaise with stakeholders to rectify any roster, leave or termination discrepancies.
- Ensure all leave forms and personnel timesheets are completed and processed through Definitiv in a timely manner.
- Manage Agency administration including raising Purchase Requests (PR’s), distributing purchase order to agency once received and liaise with the UON accounts team on any invoice queries.
- Establish and maintain all registers in accordance with UON procedures and quality control frameworks.
- Maintain UON Asset register, reconcile reports and follow up on daily pre-start checklists for vehicle and plant.
- Maintain UON vehicle and asset roster on UON intranet.
- Coordination and administration of plant mobilisation and utilisation
- Plant servicing schedules for fleet
- Work with site admin team to ensure Purchase Requests are raised for equipment maintenance and servicing.
- Ensure compliance when onboarding new clients, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Communicate all works requirements, plans, site information and timelines to all staff.

**To be successful in this role it is essential you have the following**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site administration
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Generalist HR knowledge in recruitment and resource allocation
- Experience in personnel coordination and resource planning
- Experience in asset management and maintenance (preferred)
- Be a strong communicator (both oral and written)
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills in MS office suite (word, excel, outlook, project)
- Valid driver’s licence and current first aid certificate
- Construction induction white card
