**About the Role**

As the Coordinator Resource, your focus is for the management of shutdown mobilisation, including the coordination of personnel, Accommodation, Charter flight and Bus Logistics management for all Shutdowns across WAIO Mines and Port fixed plants. Ensuring communication and coordination between the Shutdown Execution Coordinators, MCoE, NPI and Vendors.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining an up-to-date data management and administration filing system, adhering to a mobilisation checklist.
- Takes action to build team effectiveness. Encourages open and effective communication within the team and collaborates with other teams (both internal and external) to achieve business results.
- Liaise with all stakeholders in regard to the management of logistics.
- Identification and communication of critical issues arising from the logistics plan
- Ensure flight optimisation is achieved where possible.
- Ensure accommodation forecasting is optimised to a high level and managed accordingly through SMF milestones updates.
- Turnkey management of all mobilisation for shutdown vendor mobilisation and WAIO Maintenance Services Internal resources.
- Identifying and providing input in the continuous improvement of our shutdown process.
- Financial management support, i.e: purchase orders raised for NPI requirements.
- Ensure direct engagement with People Logistics Officers improving process and maximising efficiency.
- Ensure LRS data is valid, ability to use LRS to manage shutdown personnel in regard to accommodation, flights and labour.
- Have input in the forecast for Bus schedule and Crib requirements for a shutdown.
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
- Carry out responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner ensuring compliance with BHP standards and processes.

**About You**
- Demonstrated administrative and planning experience, relevant coordination work in the mining industry will be advantageous.
- Working knowledge with SAP, SAM's, ERMS & Workflow systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changes and a very dynamic environment.
- Ability to balance between current/future priorities
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in coordinating vendors.
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
