Perth, Western Australia Resource Super Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator and CRM Administrator to join Resource Super's Perth office. This is a full-time maternity leave contract, commencing mid-January 2026.

In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, and key stakeholders to coordinate weekly marketing meetings, assist with content creation, CRM administration, and support digital and outdoor marketing campaigns that align with our mission of providing financial well-being solutions to Australia's resource sector.

This role plays a key part in shaping how Resource Super connects with members and employers, driving engagement and growth across both B2B and Direct-to-Member channels.

This role also involves organising and attending industry events. Strong communication, organisation, and multi-tasking skills are essential.

What the Role Entails:

  • Work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate weekly marketing meetings.
  • Manage all digital assets and ensure Resource Super maintains access to all digital marketing channels
  • CRM administration.
  • Partner with external agencies to execute digital and outdoor marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in content creation for various marketing channels, including social media and website updates.
  • Attend events and create engaging posts to boost audience engagement.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral and track campaign performance.
  • Manage internal communications for marketing-related updates.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in project management and multitasking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior marketing experience or relevant qualification preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce and Campaign Monitor is beneficial.
  • Exposure to the Resource Sector of Financial Services industry would be highly regarded.
