**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working collaboratively across the organisation, some of your key tasks will include;
- Administration and coordination of different aspects of HR such as compliance with company policies, training, performance review process, employee letters etc.
- Operating and maintaining up to date HR information systems to support the employee lifecycle
- Preparation of HR documentation as required, maintaining employee records.
- Maintain relevant registers and records as required

**Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in a HR administration or coordination role
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contract and knowledge of national employment standards
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multitask, work with small teams and provide hands-on services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ideally, experience in using Oracle HCM or a similar HRIS
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in fast-paced environment

**About you**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications within a Human Resource discipline (or working towards)
- Administration experience in recruitment, training or general HR functions is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of the business
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in using Oracle HCM or a similar HRIS is desirable
