We are seeking a dynamic Master Data Assistant based in Heatherton, Victoria on full time basis who will be responsible for product and pricing data across multiple maintained Independent Hardware Group (IHG) systems (AX, COM and Retek) to help support our members, suppliers and of course the Hardware business.

What you’ll do

The Master Data Assistant (data entry) will be responsible for the high level accuracy of product and pricing data;
Able to accurately create and maintain all aspects of master data and comprehend the flow on effects of data across multiple systems and business stakeholders
Able to act accordingly with precision when data errors occur and can provide training to new team members and relevant stakeholders on data related processes
Provide support and testing for system integrations/upgrades

What you’ll be

An experienced Data entry guru with strong systems experience as well as an extremely high attention to detail

A team player who thrives in a fast-changing environment, with limited supervision, working to business deadlines.

A true partner and support to our Merchandise team and its stakeholders in managing the data integrity analysis, identifying and addressing master data related issues
