The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got". Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future. In 2020, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers. **ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE** We have a fabulous opportunity for a Data & Insights Analyst to join our Neverfail team in this varied role situated at Heatherton, VIC. You will play a key role in supporting the supply chain function across the Neverfail business. Leveraging your strong analysis, data and reporting skills, this role will be closely aligned to the Supply Chain function to support the S&OP and demand process, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and implementing and developing inventory control processes and reporting. Communication, analysis and influencing skills are essential, along with your ability to effectively build strong working relationships with key decision-makers and key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be a collaborative and outcomes-focused member of the team who can work autonomously and meet deadlines. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** **Analysis** - Contribute to the Neverfail supply chain function through the implementation and analysis of inventory control processes and reporting - Provide systems implementation support - Contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the Neverfail supply chain by reporting on data insights **Planning and Strategy** - Prioritisation of tasks that have high business reward and return - Conduct and assist with budget review and analysis for the supply chain team including forecasting for retail products with stakeholders and suppliers - Assist with the Neverfail supply chain S&OP process - Identify and report on supply chain KPIs.
