**About the Opportunity**

This is a fixed-term contract position until 3 July 2026, with the prospect of a permanent offer at the end of the contract.

**What you will be doing**:

- Build and maintain campaign calendars and timelines to guarantee on‑time execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Promotions and Creative teams to ensure campaign assets (copy, design, links) are accurate and deployment‑ready.
- Manage customer segmentation and audience targeting, using data and campaign requirements to guide selections.
- Monitor campaign delivery metrics (delivery rates, opens, clicks) and provide post‑campaign performance reports.
- Assist with CRM database hygiene and administration (suppression lists, opt‑outs, list maintenance).
- Support ad‑hoc campaign projects including A/B testing setup and reporting.
- Provide store‑level administrative support around loyalty communications and customer service as needed.

**You’re likely a match if you are/have**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in CRM, marketing coordination or digital marketing, with solid knowledge of CRM best practices and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with personalisation techniques, customer segmentation and A/B testing frameworks, paired with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and report findings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining high attention to detail and quality control.
- Proven experience collaborating across marketing, promotions, creative, data and operations teams, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset: monitoring delivery, open rates, click‑throughs and other key metrics — using those insights to optimise campaigns and improve performance.
- Experience in a retail or omnichannel environment (preferred), with awareness of how CRM integrates with broader marketing, loyalty and digital ecosystems.
