Located in the South Eastern suburbs, this highly successful organisation operates in multiple countries globally and is an industry-leader within the transport sector.

**Your new role**
A contract role has become available for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Administration Assistant to join the team and reporting to the HR Manager.

Commencing asap, this role will be for 3 months with a possible extension to a 12 month position.

Main duties will include:

- Provide administration support, to the Human resources team
- Manage contract renewals and updates
- Monitor the HR inbox
- Monitor annual leave requests
- Assist with the recruitment process, interviews and inductions
- Updating compliance documents and relevant paperwork
- Updating the training register
- Update staff profiles, on the Intranet
- Taking minutes at staff /HR meetings
- Maintain and update staff records on the HR database
- All adhoc duties, as requested.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will have proven experience, in a busy administration role and have a keen interest in working this chosen field.

You will be highly organised, thrive working in a busy team environment, meeting competing demands with ease and understand the importance of discretion.

You will have exceptional MS Word and Excel skills and pick up new databases and demonstrate a high level of customer service daily.
