HR and Payroll Administration role for a fab FMCG company based in Ingleburn. Full-time office, $80k base
**Your new company**
A great client within the food retail sector who are quickly growing, and are a well-know label within Australia. The role will be based fully on-site at their Ingleburn office (West Sydney), however they are very flexible with start times.
**Your new role**
A fab opportunity for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join the team. The role with support both the HR and Payroll Managers and consist roughly of a 60% HR and 40% Payroll split. Responsibilities include:
Payroll
- Checking timesheets for weekly payrolls
- Assist Payroll Manager with processing
- Reporting
- Inputting new starters into the payroll system
- Workers Comp wage reporting and reimbursements
HR
- Contract development
- Onboarding
- Inductions
- Management of traineeship
- Uniforms and lockers
- Developing toolbox talk content
- Additional ad hoc administrative tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2 Years experience within HR and an exposure to Payroll
- Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
- Motivated and eager to learn and develop within the role
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills
- Experience using an HRIS or payroll systems
