An exciting opportunity within a newly created role within the Human Resources function.
If you have a passion for compliance, education and development of a safety culture this is the role for you.
Role Responsibilities;
- Providing support with recruitment administration including phone screening, booking of interviews and reference checking,
- Assist with talent acquisition and all associated documentation.
- Onboarding new starters into the system and monitoring probationary periods
- Follow up new employees for onboarding compliance of paperwork
- Managing the administration component of role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment and the performance review lifecycle.
- Maintain all HR records in the cloud based software and files, including employee information
- Maintain all HR forms and templates
- Producing reports from the HR cloud based software
- Update employee records and compliance information
- Assist with internal HR queries
- Undertake any further projects or initiatives directed by management

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 1-2 years within a Human Resources Function
- Return to Work Coordinator Certificate (desirable)
- Good time management and strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication - providing updates to multiple stake holders
- Strong attention to detail
