Part-time opportunity for an experienced HR/OHS professional | $80k + super

**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a manufacturing company located in the eastern suburbs.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you work closely with the HR Manager on all areas of the HR & OHS function, including:

- Recruitment coordination and administration, including employment checks and contracts
- Management of the HRIS
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- OHS including risk management, maintaining systems, coordinating training etc.
- Administrative and project support

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in HR at a similar level
- Experience in OHS, either in a generalist or specialist role
- A strong work ethic, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a drive to develop within the HR space
- Exposure to HRIS

**What you'll get in return**
- Part-time hours (approximately 3 days per week; flexible)
- Opportunity to flex your skills in both HR and OHS
- $75k - $80k FTE depending on the extent of your experience
- Eastern suburbs office location
