**THE ROLE**

The Manager, Homelessness Activity Funding, leads the strategic oversight and management of the homelessness budget. As the Manager, you will lead a team who provides detailed analysis and authoritative advice on funded homelessness and housing support activities, including monitoring of budget and financial management of services commissioned by the Homelessness and Housing Support Branch, coordination and oversight of funding distribution and use, lead financial analysis to inform investment decisions, innovative funding models and contribute to service evaluation activities (e.g. lapsing program reviews and review of the funded homelessness activity structure). Key activities will include management of the contract for the From Homelessness to a Home and Homes for Families initiatives

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Prepare financial management and performance measurement advice to inform policies, projects, investment decisions or initiatives and to enable effective decision making and achievement of outcomes.
- Develop effective monitoring and quality improvement initiatives to meet the strategic directions for the delivery of existing homelessness and housing support services.
- Lead development of financial modelling for business case development, including innovative funding models.
