**About the company**

A leading independent **Australian steel reinforcement** company operating in NSW, QLD and VIC. We are a customer focused organisation offers quality and cost-effective steel reinforcement products and services to the building and construction industry.

**About the role**

We are seeking an Experienced Production Manager that will lead the operations team. Main responsibilities ranges from processing of **steel reinforcing** to despatch, **stock control** and **site safety**. Your goal is to ensure your team is able to produce and deliver steel reinforcing products that meets the needs of a demanding customer base, safety and sustainably.

**Requirements for this role**
- Experience in a similar role (preferably in the steel reinforcing sector)
- Advanced understanding of the **construction** and **manufacturing** processes
- Experience Lean Manufacturing and Change Management
- Comfortable in a **high paced** and demanding environment
- **Mechanical Engineering Diploma** or equivalent
