**About the Company**:
This product company sits at the forefront of its industry, providing a wide variety of payment solutions to a range of B2B clients, allowing them to connect with their customers and continually deliver the most relevant and updated payments technology. They are now looking for a Product Manager to join them as they continue to deliver market leading products and services to businesses across Australia.
**About the Role**:
As a Product Manager, you will work end-to-end throughout the lifecycle of your products, responsible for driving the product vision, strategy and roadmap and working as part of an Agile Scrum team to prioritise your features and backlogs. You will work to build strong relationships across the business and be able to manage the expectations of the senior stakeholders, balancing business, technical and commercial priorities to maximise the product value.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive the product roadmap through discovery, strategy and delivery, ensuring products are solving problems and creating customer value
- Provide detailed knowledge, analysis, documentation and expertise to internal and external stakeholders around your Products
- Managing the product squad as you continuously deliver in two weekly sprints
- Identify opportunities for improvements and new features to meet user needs through thorough discovery
- Be passionate about evidenced based decision making and gathering data to inform your product decisions
- Effectively prioritise and manage your feature backlog, ensuring that your team is building the right thing at the right time and understands the business value to successfully deliver each sprint
- Act as the voice of the customer, keep up to date with the market, the product, the product line, and the competition
**About You**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, in a payments context is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively understand, analyse and design product development priorities, and based on this develop a product vision, product strategy and roadmap
- You are analytical, commercially astute and a structured problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and work with a broad range of stakeholders to influence cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes, without formal authority
- Experience working within agile environments and delivery methods
