We have an exciting Strategic opportunity for passionate Product Manager to join our team in Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a passionate and highly motivated Product Manager, you will be joining a team in a highly collaborative environment where the goal is to deliver a portfolio of relevant products to our CA ANZ members, but also maintaining a fun and positive environment, and a good work-life balance.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Develop product strategy using member insights and segmentation data
- Assist Business Owners in the creation & management of CA ANZ products through a high-impact member-centric product strategy
- Leading collaboration across cross-functional teams to create product roadmaps and Go-to-market plans that deliver value to our members and partners, and align with our organizational strategy
- Scan the market to identify market insights, trends and new areas of opportunity
- Perform competitor analysis to compare CA ANZ products with alternative offerings
- Targeted end-to-end reviews throughout the entire product lifecycle, identifying key opportunities and growth drivers for new or improved products
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign development, promotion and marketing collateral
- Development of sales tools and training materials to assist different parts of the business in taking products to market.
- Creating standardised structure and process that supports best practice product management disciplines across the business
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in developing product strategies using members insights and segmentation data
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional team across the business to increase member engagement and revenue.
- Experience in refining the go-to-market strategy and continually updating and improving the value proposition of existing products, keeping them relevant to the market and ahead of the competition.
- Collaborative mindset, open-minded and problem solving oriented
- Strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage and execute projects
