Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our freight marketplace platform. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that solve real customer problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience across web and mobile platforms
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
- Communicate product plans, updates, and results clearly to stakeholders and executives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, logistics, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of product development, user experience, and agile frameworks
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, data platforms, or marketplace infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have:
- Background in freight, logistics, or transport industry
- Experience with UX or product design
