Product Manager Location: Australia (Fulltime, Onsite)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our freight marketplace platform. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that solve real customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to inform product decisions
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience across web and mobile platforms
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and results clearly to stakeholders and executives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, logistics, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of product development, user experience, and agile frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, data platforms, or marketplace infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
