**About the Company**:
This exciting, well-backed scaleup is evolving their industry, offering an innovative alternative to traditional business in their industry. Due to their established product lines and customer base, they are undergoing a high growth phase, and are now looking for a Product Manager to join them as they expand their product offerings and continue to build their business.

**About the Role**:
Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, CEO, GM and the engineering team, the Product Manager will assist in articulating, driving and overseeing the execution of the product roadmap. You will use your discovery techniques, and ability to empathise with users to ensure user-centricity in the product roadmap. You will be guided by the Senior Product Manager and work with the founding team, clarifying the vision and taking the product to the next level of growth for their cusotmers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and generate insights on customer behaviour to help flag new product opportunities and improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention metrics
- Conduct user interviews and user validation sessions to understand customer problems more deeply
- Develop and own the deliverables required to manage a product idea’s journey from ideation all the way to shipping to market and monitoring of success metrics
- Work closely with our Senior Product Manager to define the product roadmap, manage the product development lifecycle and implement monitoring methods to track performance
- Work closely with our marketing team to ensure the marketing and product efforts are in sync
- Partake in monthly roadmap reviews, assist in delivering a product report to share wins and learnings with the team, and assess progress against the product roadmap
- Maintain awareness of the company’s position within the market as well as that of the competitors.
- Ensure products built are fit for purpose and help establish and refine business processes and product culture to support the next growth phase.

**About You**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- You are excited about data, both qualitative and quantitative to inform your product decisions
- You have a passion for discovery and usbaility with the customer at the heart of all of your decisions
- You have experience in building storyboards to conceptualise designs with the ability to build exceptional and user flows
- You have experience creating surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing with company websites and products
- You have excellent planning, communication and organisational skills, and understand time allocation / investment assessment methodologies to ensure the focus is on what is important
- You have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients
- Experience as a UX Designer in a Saas company is highly desirable.
