The Role

Reporting to the CEO, as a Delivery Manager – Energy Projects, you will spearhead engineering design and delivery from feasibility to implementation. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, engage and lead a high performing engineering team.

This role is an opportunity to blend technical leadership, strategic growth, and people development in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • RPEQ registration
  • Membership with Engineers Australia or equivalent
  • Project Management Qualifications (desirable)
  • 15 years experience in Energy/Oil & Gas industry
  • Proven success in business development
  • Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams
