**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage online marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, EDMs, and Google Ads.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate marketing activities with sales and operations teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Analyse marketing performance data to evaluate ROI and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and industry stakeholders.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the building materials, retail, or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools will be highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
