In this 4-week temp role, you will be covering the annual leave of their valued Executive Assistant and supporting the charismatic Sydney Managing Director & their client focused Associate Director. With flexibility to work from home on Fridays, the office enjoys team focused initiatives and activities each Thursday with the entire team. This is a great short term temp position for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support a great leader and keep key business actions on track.

**What is unique about you?**:
With a depth of experience in multiple Executive Assistant positions, you can quickly ascertain the needs of two different directors, their working styles, and priorities. The ability to pivot and juggle multiple ongoing tasks and keep communication lines open will ensure your capacity levels are supported and you can deliver on key responsibilities. Clients are the focus of this business and in this role, you will be liaising with VIP clients and a wide range of high-net-worth individuals. As a result, your communication skills will need to be flawless and the upmost levels of discretion and confidentially maintained. Working in collaboration with the Managing Director, this role is highly visible, and you will be representing the business across all correspondence and client facing meetings. The pace of day-to-day business operations is exceptionally high and requires you to employ forward thinking and proactive organisational skills to keep ahead.

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Oversee two complex diaries - a high volume of external client meetings across Sydney & Melbourne
- Utilise your knowledge of Sydney venues for client meetings and ensure client preferences are adhered to in line with company budget policies
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for transport, accommodation, and entertainment requests
- Prepare client presentation packs using PowerPoint and manage the onboarding of new clients onto the company CRM
- Attend various client meetings when appropriate with the Managing Director and prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure follow up actions are tracked and delivered
