**How will I Help?**
The role of Executive Assistant to the Head of Customer and Business Assist is responsible for all administrative support to the Head of Customer and Business Assist. Day to day responsibilities include managing the Head Of’s diary, correspondence, travel and assisting in scheduling and preparing for meetings and events.

Given the nature of position, the Executive Assistant is part of the team that is usually the first point of contact for the Head of Customer and Business Assist. Accordingly, the experience and interaction people have with this office should set a benchmark and be of the highest level across Westpac Group.

The role requires the utmost in professionalism, friendliness, customer service ethic and maturity, including maintaining strict confidentiality in relation to all matters. Flexibility regarding work schedule and working hours is required.

**What do I need?**
The knowledge & expertise required in your role:

- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive within a large team
- Competent MS office skills (including PowerPoint) and proficiency in relevant business computer systems
- Proficiency in WBC systems and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills, demonstrating empathy, energy, and integrity
- Demonstrated strong diary management for a Senior Executive
- The ability to self-manage and achieve objectives within an ambiguous, changing environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to always demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism.
- Able to effectively work across all levels of the organisation and to work closely and effectively with Executive Assistants.
- Strong organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritise and perform multiple tasks seamlessly, and with excellent attention to detail.
