We are currently looking for an experienced Events Manager to join our team at Eclat.

**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Event Manager to join our team of devoted event specialists.
Reporting directly into our Head of Sales & Events, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of events from conferences and boardrooms to dinners and cocktail parties within one of our many spaces.
You will build excellent relationships with both corporate and private clients, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences on time and within budget.
**About You**
You will have a passion for hospitality and be committed to delivering exceptional events. In addition to having 2 years minimum event management experience, you would ideally have event styling and design experience.
In addition you will have:
- Great relationship building skills and an innovative approach to promoting our services to potential clients
- Responding to inquiries concerning services provided and costs for room and equipment hire, catering and related services
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and outlining package options to meet these needs
- Arranging and coordinating services, such as conference/boardroom facilities, catering, signage, audiovisual equipment
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, along with strong administration skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple events
- Ability to make decisions, in line with company policies & procedures
- Exceptional personal presentation

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
- Events management: 2 years (required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- RSA (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
