**About the role**:
**In this varied role you will work closely and report into the Product Innovation Manager to support in the management and coordination of sensory and events as part of the Own Brand portfolio. You will partner with varied stakeholders to help build a foodie culture within this exciting portfolio.**
**You’ll also**:

- **Manage and coordinate sensory panel Own Brand culinary sign off process to ensure new and existing products meet the Own Brand guidelines**:

- **Build engagement and awareness of Own Brand quality through coordinating and supporting creation and delivery of inspirational, high-quality events internally and externally**:

- **Partner with the development team to support with the front-end innovation with trends and insights**:

- **Support innovation capability and competency build for Own Brand**

**About you and your skills**:
You will be joining a dedicated small team and will have genuine impact in the work that you do. We are looking for someone with the ability to lean into ambiguity and make things happen. Your experience in the events field and solid experience across the food & beverage sector will be critical for the success of this fast-paced position You will also have:

- Proven experience in event management
- Demonstrated administration and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cross functional stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome
- Experience in presenting to a cross-functional audience
- Effective collaboration skills and developed interpersonal skills
- Ability and experience to engage varied key stakeholders
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
