**YOUR ROLE**

As a Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our small, high-performance marketing team, working to help implement and drive the overall Marketing strategy and campaign execution across the Bunzl Australia and New Zealand businesses.

Primary Accountabilities:

- Plan, schedule and implement campaigns working with broader Digital & Marketing team
- Create content for socials, blogs, print and digital campaigns, driving brand and product awareness with a customer-centric approach
- Manage Bunzl’s social media profiles and blogs, guiding the Marketing Assistant in their role
- Design and send EDMs, report on performance metrics
- Manage CRM for marketing activities
- Support brand sponsorships and supplier partnerships
- Track, measure and optimise campaign effectiveness
- Ensure Bunzl Australia & New Zealand brand standards are adhered to

**ABOUT YOU**

We’re looking for a proactive and organised marketing professional with 4-5 years’ experience who has proven coordination skills and an eye for detail. Thrive in this fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple priorities, and love working collaboratively across teams.

Are you someone with a solid understanding of marketing channels, both online and offline, who stays up-to-date with marketing trends and new platforms? You should be able to create engaging stories from briefs, be proficient in content creation and campaign planning, and have strong time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must, along with a passion and keen eye for design to ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
