We are currently seeking a **Marketing Specialist** to join our team full-time at our Dandenong South office. This is a key position within the company, responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through effective marketing strategy and execution.

**Position Overview**

This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for promoting GRAND4x4’s products and services
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to ensure product-market fit and competitiveness
- Design, test, and manage marketing funnels to generate leads and increase online and in-store sales
- Plan, coordinate, and implement product promotions, discounts, and campaigns, especially during peak sales periods
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Analyse performance data to continually optimise ad spend, conversion rates, and ROI
- Provide regular market research insights to the product development team to guide new and existing product strategies
- Monitor brand presence and execute initiatives to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and recognition in the market

**Required Skills and Attributes**
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign management
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and product positioning strategies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate product features into compelling customer benefits
- Proven ability to conduct market research and derive actionable insights
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a marketing role within the automotive, outdoor, or consumer goods sector (preferred)

**Qualifications and Experience (preferred)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a marketing or digital advertising role
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms

**What We Offer**
