**The Role**
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting our products, enhancing brand awareness, and reaching new markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead B2B Marketing Efforts**:

- Identify, target, and engage new business clients such as tyre retailers, auto workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships across Australia.
- **Customer Acquisition & Onboarding**:
Visit potential business customers in-person to pitch services, understand their needs, and onboard them for bulk tyre supply partnerships and wholesale contracts.
- **Campaign Development**:
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (online and offline) tailored to wholesale buyers to promote special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal deals.Research market trends, competitor pricing, and customer buying behavior to refine targeting and positioning strategies for our tyre offerings.Work closely with the sales team to support the negotiation of pricing, contract terms, and service agreements for long-term B2B customers.Strengthen the company’s presence in the tyre and automotive industry through events, trade shows, B2B platforms, and partnerships.Maintain and manage leads and customer data in CRM systems. Track engagement, follow-ups, and progress towards sales targets.Develop and manage digital marketing strategies including LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads, EDMs, and SEO campaigns aimed at B2B tyre buyers.Oversee or assist in the creation of brochures, presentations, newsletters, and product sheets for wholesale marketing use.Allocate and monitor marketing spend efficiently to ensure maximum ROI across lead generation and conversion activities.Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement metrics, and business development achievements.**About You**:

- Minimum of 2 years' marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or tyre industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Industry experience in tyres or automotive accessories is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong South VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
