The Role
As the Marketing & Communications Executive, you will be at the heart of the action, helping to deliver marketing campaigns across influencer, PR, and brand communications. Reporting to the Marketing Communications and Content Manager, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that engage consumers and keep Ego’s brands top of mind. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to grow your skills while making a real contribution to a leading Australian business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and PR activity including briefing creators, managing samples, and ensuring content delivery runs smoothly
- Assist in the development and distribution of branded collateral and promotional assets across multiple channels
- Support campaign administration including budget tracking, invoicing, and media monitoring using tools such as Meltwater
- Maintain and update sales aids, POS materials, and promotional stock for the marketing and sales teams
- Provide general support across the marketing function and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure campaign success
Skills and Experience
- 2 or more years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally with exposure to influencers, content production, or digital campaigns
- A strong understanding of social media trends and the influencer landscape, particularly within skincare or beauty
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient with digital tools and platforms for campaign tracking and reporting
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
