Midea Group is one of the world's leading home appliance and air conditioning manufacturers, committed to innovation and quality. We are expanding rapidly in the Australian market and are seeking a passionate and organised 
Marketing Events & Project Coordinator
 to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage exciting marketing events, exhibitions, and project coordination that support our brand visibility and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute a wide range of marketing events and sponsorship projects, including trade shows, customer events, product return programs, and internal team-building activities.

· Manage the end-to-end event process, covering booth design, construction, materials preparation, on-site coordination, and event execution.

· Oversee the timeline and progress of various marketing-related projects, such as showroom upgrades, training room setups.

· Coordinate with suppliers, head office teams, and customers to ensure smooth progress across project design, construction, and final acceptance stages.

· Prepare required documentation, maintain records of construction progress, and handle project handover or acceptance procedures.

· Support content creation for events, including coordinating installation video shoots, customer activities, and interactive engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related disciplines.

· Prefer holds Australian PR or Citizenship.

· Must have a car.

· Experience in event coordination, project management, marketing, or related roles
. Candidates without direct experience but with strong motivation and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

· Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

· Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

· Flexibility to travel domestically for events and projects as required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools (eg.AI, PS, Canva) are the plus.
