Our passion for adventure drives us to deliver high-performance products that meet the demands of off-road enthusiasts across the country. Our wide range of products include trays and canopies, tub canopies, roof racks, roller shutters, snorkel kits, side steps, bullbars and rear bars, and much more.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven **Marketing Specialist** to join our in-house team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s future and expanding our presence in a competitive market.

**Role Summary**

In this role, the Marketing Specialist will take ownership of all marketing efforts within the company, from strategy to execution. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand reach, generating qualified leads, and driving product sales through both digital and traditional marketing channels. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure our products and messaging stay relevant and competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that promote our product range and brand identity
- Conduct continuous market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
- Build and manage sales funnels that generate leads and convert traffic into paying customers
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal marketing pushes
- Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Track campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness
- Provide actionable market insights to assist the product development team in designing and improving offerings
- Enhance our brand’s visibility across digital platforms and within niche automotive communities

**What We’re Looking For**
- A strategic thinker with strong execution skills and marketing intuition
- Experience in running digital marketing campaigns and a solid grasp of paid advertising tools
- Strong copywriting and communication abilities, with an understanding of how to speak to 4WD and outdoor audiences
- A passion for market research and the ability to translate insights into commercial strategies
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Automotive/4x4 industry experience is a plus, but not essential

**Qualifications & Experience (preferred)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years experience in a marketing-focused role
- Proficiency with digital ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
