Are you ready to play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of Melbourne's premier convention centre? BGIS is seeking a dedicated **Facilities Helpdesk Operator **to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming service requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and service requests.

**Position Details**:

- Location: Melbourne Convention Centre, a hub of innovation and events.
- Hours: Enjoy a balanced 6-week rotating roster: (working 4 days at 10 hours/day)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
