This role is responsible for providing superior customer service & support to the BGIS internal & external customer or client base.

**About the Role**:
The position is a flexible rotating shift-based arrangement between 7:00am to 23:00pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of Clients ’KPIs in terms of responsiveness and Client satisfaction
- Answer Helpdesk calls; interpret and action the request on time
- Ensure Helpdesk calls are answered promptly and details of calls are logged accurately
- Review, Edit and Distribute Incident Reports compiled by contracted Security within 24 hrs
- Review, edit and distribute daily work order reports
- Undertake investigation reports for repeat service requests for both the facilities team and the client
