- Drafting quotations and variations
- Coordinate meetings and communications with project stakeholders
- Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Maintain project files and records
- Ad hoc administrative tasks

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
- Proficient in Xero
- Experience with Procore software desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
