**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As an Administrative Support and Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our projects and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting Project Managers with various administrative tasks: document preparation, and procurement processes.
- Setting up Projects into internal systems, managing documentation, including safety & site handover packs
- Uploading necessary documentation prior to on-site commencement
- Overseeing administration, training, setup, and preparing new project templates. You will liaise between project teams for project building, amendments, and closeout.
- Managing all document control, revisions, and policy dates.
- Assisting with onboarding, recruitment, training & inductions
- Contributing to the company's marketing strategy, including social media, website, and capability statement.
- Managing general office operations, including coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, filing, and housekeeping.
- Ensuring the boardroom is well-prepared for use each day and maintained throughout.
- Assisting with IT, phone, and printer services and support.
- Keeping track of stock levels of consumables like kitchen supplies and stationery.
- Providing support to Directors as needed.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a Project or Team Administration role
- Experience in Engineering or Construction Industry is preferred
- Experience with Hammertech, ESV, and Aconex is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail & organisation skills
