**About your New Role**
We’re seeking a passionate marketer to support our ActionCOACH Marketing Team across Asia Pacific.
This fast-paced role will suit someone creative with digital marketing skills including social media and design, have a can-do mindset and a passion for learning.
ActionCOACH is the largest Business Coaching Company in the world. You will be responsible for being the social voice of the community interactions. You will develop communications with our Coaches and Teams in multi-channels. You will help to co-ordinate local area marketing, manage roll-out of new products and programs across the network, and report to our General Manager.
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;_
- Driving Local Area Marketing, on and offline.
- Building strong relationships within the community.
- Communications and community engagement activities, including project rollouts, promoting events such as training both online and in person.
- You will be responsible for components of onboarding of new franchise partners and developing their 90-day Growth Plan and Local Area Marketing Plan.
- Managing adherence to brand compliance and IP protection across the network.
- Work with the General Manager on strategic partnerships that grow the brand and generate local leads.
- Manage and coordinate regional conferences and company events including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, creating run-sheets, and registrations.

- Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) an advantage.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM an advantage.
- Confidence working remotely both as part of a team and independently.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
