**About Us**:
Modern Painting Group, a pioneering force in the painting service industry, specializes in delivering innovative and high-quality solutions for transforming spaces. As we spearhead our growth on the Gold Coast, we are in search of a Marketing Manager who is not only strategic and leadership-driven but also proficient in a range of technical skills including CRM, social media marketing, ads management, graphic design, and video editing. A background in the construction industry is crucial for understanding our market, services, and audience.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing marketing strategies with a significant digital component.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software for sophisticated campaign management and customer engagement strategies.
- Proven track record of managing social media platforms and executing successful ad campaigns, coupled with the ability to analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) to produce compelling visual content.
- Experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of its market dynamics, customer base, and sales processes.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with additional certifications in digital marketing, graphic design, or video editing viewed favorably.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy that promotes our painting services to the construction industry and beyond.
- Utilize CRM tools to their fullest potential, ensuring campaigns are targeted, effective, and result in high engagement and conversion rates.
- Design and oversee social media and online advertising campaigns, constantly analyzing performance to increase ROI and lead generation.
- Create high-quality, engaging graphic and video content that resonates with our target market in the construction industry, reinforcing our brand identity and services.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, using insights to refine and optimise our marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and customer needs.

**Salary**: $70,411.68 - $80,994.19 per year

**Experience**:

- marketing: 3 years (required)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
