Assistant
Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing:

As a key player in our team, you'll support the execution of marketing strategies for a range of clients. Your days will include:

  • Writing and scheduling engaging content across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and email platforms
  • Setting up and reporting on paid campaigns (Google & Meta)
  • Assisting with SEO content, website updates, and social media calendars
  • Managing basic design tasks using Canva (with guidance from our in-house designer)
  • Collaborating with our project managers and senior strategists to bring campaigns to life
  • Keeping projects moving and meeting deadlines with confidence

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 2+ years in a similar marketing role (agency experience a bonus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience with Canva, WordPress, and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
  • A proactive attitude and genuine curiosity for marketing that gets results
  • The ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects without raising a sweat
