What's on offer:
$90,000 base + super
Lucrative Bonuses
- Uncapped bonuses
– earn extra for hitting revenue goals, retaining clients, upselling services, and converting new clients - Support to succeed
– SOPs and systems provided so you can focus on results - Variety of work
– 80% Google Ads & Meta Ads, plus projects in email marketing and social posts
What you'll do:
- Manage and grow client accounts across Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Build trusted client relationships with a
customer-first mindset - Execute proven strategies and deliver ROI-focused campaigns
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add value
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong client service and communication skills
- A results-driven, responsible professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded and motivated to grow with us
