**The Department - Digital Health Transformation**
The Digital Health division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation. The Transformation program is responsible for strategic development and execution, uplifting process maturity and capability and driving change to modernising working practices.
**The Role - Position Summary**
An exciting new permanent opportunity for a Change & Capability Manager has become available within the Transformation function as part of the Digital Health division. We are seeking a highly experienced, enthusiastic and passionate individual looking to focus on the people aspects of the transformation agenda, ensuring its strategic positioning and supporting the execution of operating model improvement imperatives by ensuring employee readiness and adoption across processes, tools and skills capability of the digital technology transformation.
Main responsibilities of this role will include effectively and pragmatically leading the delivery of the transformation change strategy and approach as well as oversight of strategic portfolio change, by ensuring integration and alignment of change impacts, readiness and risks across multiple high priority strategic divisional change initiatives. This role will ensure that impacted staff are engaged and involved in the transformation program and play a key role in employee experience design and realisation of program benefits. Other responsibilities include leading change evaluation, portfolio change governance and reporting, capability and competency framework development, communications and training, business readiness and adoption monitoring. This role will work to drive faster adoption and higher utilisation of transformational and operating model change deployment across the division thereby enabling achievement of strategic business outcomes.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in HR, organisational behaviour / psychology or business administration / management, commerce, marketing and communications or project management.
- Formal change certification and knowledge of lean-agile change leadership, PCI, APMG, PROSCI, ADKAR methodologies, tools and techniques or relevant equivalent experience and competency
- Experience in designing and implementing strategic capability development frameworks and programs
- Management consulting and / or in-house transformation / change experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrable change experience working with cross-functional teams as part of large-scale enterprise system implementation programs, with an understanding of health service delivery objectives
- Proven experience with leading and implementing change plans, strategies, stakeholder engagement activities, communications and delivering end-user training across IT transformation portfolios
- Ability to develop creative and visual change learning and communication collateral using modern communication tools (e.g. Pictochart, Animaker, Canva, Powtoon etc.)
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Prince 2, ITIL, Agile CMO, Disciplined Agile Frameworks and SAFe / other Agile delivery methodologies (LPM) with exposure to Scrum, CI/CD and DevOps is useful
- MBA, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, HCD, Systems / Design Thinking & CX is highly desirable
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint etc.) of products
- Strong strategic analysis and practical problem-solving skills, with excellent judgement and ability to identify and resolve challenging, complex issues to develop change solutions that address root causes.
- Ability to develop and deliver coaching, mentoring and training to small and large groups.
- Proven experience working in close collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders to establish a culture that values agility, transparency, experimentation, and continuous learning
