**Who we are**
The Grant Systems Section (GSS) is responsible for the management and administration of the National Health and Medical Research Council's (NHMRC) grant management platform (Sapphire) and operational reporting environment. Its broader responsibilities include contract and service delivery, project delivery, system support and configuration.

**Who we are seeking**

**Job specific duties**
As the Organisational Change Manager, to support the delivery of NHMRCs refreshed granting platform, Sapphire, you will:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of the Grants Management System.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage resistance to change and develop strategies to address it.
- Develop communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.

**Core capabilities**
- Proven experience in leading change management within large organisations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective change management plans and materials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.

**Highly desirable**
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the following will be highly regarded:

- ICT projects, particularly those involving the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CPCM).
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.

**Mandatory requirements**
- must be an Australian citizen and be able to provide evidence of this.
- will be required to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance.
- will also be required to undertake a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
