**The Role**

As Change Manager you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to lead and manage delivery of a large-scale change plan. Developing plans and defining areas of responsibility to ensure seamless delivery of project objectives. You will be a self-starter who is capable of providing quality training frameworks to ensure that development needs are met. Involving conducting training needs analyses, building training collateral to support with upskilling and performance, and sustaining strong relationships with internal and external parties throughout the process. Your ability to implement change procedures effectively coupled with a strong ability to communicate and coach people through change management practices will ensure you excel in this role. Ideally, it would be desirable for you to have experience with system implementation projects but it's not essential.

- Strong experience in managing multiple strategic projects.
- Capable of designing and delivering training.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
- Proficiency with blending a variety of change management models.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and effective stakeholder management.
- Results orientated and possess excellent communications skills.

You will have the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders and effectively lead and implement change plans. Taking ownership of the communication channels and having a strong aptitude to gather complex information and translate it to the relevant parties will be something that makes you tick.
