As part of our growing team, we are looking for a friendly and organised **Administration Officer** to join us and become the first point of contact for our clients.
**About the Role**:
As an **Administration Officer - Client Support**, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported and valued from their very first interaction. You will manage incoming calls, provide timely assistance to clients, and support our internal team with day-to-day administrative duties.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working in a caring environment and making a positive difference in people's lives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls from clients and caregivers with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments where necessary.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed.
- Support the scheduling team with rostering inquiries and appointment changes.
- Handle client feedback and escalate issues where required.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all callers.

Pay: $24.10 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
