Join a fun and friendly team located in the heart of Subiaco. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and well-presented Receptionist as a first point of contact for the business.

Hours required are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Professionally answering incoming calls and directing them to relevant personnel
- Daily mail run and sorting mail
- Records and file management
- Manage Boardroom bookings and meeting arrangements
- Coordinating catering supplies as required
- Data entry and preparation of documents
- Support the team of Directors and accounting team as required with ad hoc duties
