**Jupiter Health Subiaco is currently seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team on a casual-part time basis. Must be open to working any hours that are needed.**

Key duties for this role include
- Meet and greet patients
- Answering phone calls/ dealing with telephone enquiries from other health care providers
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Scanning and filing
- Processing payments
- General administrative duties

Key Criteria for this role include:

- Must have 1-2 years medical reception experience
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable and friendly nature
- Available to work weekends

Experience with Best Practice software is preferred.
Must be available to work 2-4 days a week including weekends.

They will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude towards patients and colleagues.

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
