Medical Receptionist – Gynecology Clinic (Subiaco) | Immediate Start

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our Gynecology clinic in Subiaco. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about women's health and patient care.

Position Details:

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Schedule:
  • Full-time onsite: Tuesdays & Fridays
  • Remote (2 hrs/day): Other weekdays for phone support and patient bookings
  • Location: Subiaco, WA
  • Partking : Free onsite parking

Responsibilities:

  • Front desk reception and patient coordination
  • Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
  • Supporting clinical workflow and documentation
  • Liaising with patients, providers, and allied health professionals

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Clinic to Cloud software (or similar)
  • Prior work in medical administration or reception
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subiaco, WA 6008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
