As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy sales team, ensuring their success. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a diverse and varied administrative role. Your responsibilities will include assisting account managers with administrative tasks, compiling tenders, organizing briefs, contracts, and purchase orders for the project team, and accurately transferring quote data while reconciling balances in our CRM system. Additionally, your excellent organizational skills will be crucial in coordinating internal and external functions and events. **To excel in this role, you will need**: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrator or sales support role within an office environment. - Great attention to detail and precise data entry skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized and meticulous nature. - Strong work ethic with a "whatever it takes" attitude. - Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. - In essence, we are seeking someone who can be the glue that holds our Sales team together and ensures its seamless operation.
